AlgoPear, Corp. (“AlgoPear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. - representatives of our financial institution partners and prospective partners; and
- end-users who access AlgoPear-powered experiences through a participating bank, credit union, or other financial institution partner (each, a “Financial Institution Partner” or “FI Partner”).
1. Our Role
AlgoPear provides technology and related services to financial institutions.
When you use an AlgoPear-powered experience through your FI Partner, AlgoPear may process personal information on behalf of that FI Partner in order to provide the Services. In those cases, the FI Partner may control the customer relationship and certain decisions about how your personal information is handled. The FI Partner’s own privacy notice, account agreements, and disclosures may also apply to you.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us and the Services
A. Information from financial institutions and business contacts: Business contact details (e.g., institution name, email, phone). Integration and usage data for SDKs and APIs. Transactional and operational information.
- name, business email address, phone number, title, and organization name;
- account, onboarding, contract, billing, or relationship information;
- integration, implementation, and support information;
- usage, performance, and operational data related to our APIs, SDKs, and Services.
B. Information from end-users through FI Partners
Depending on the Services enabled by the FI Partner, we may process:
- identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, username, or customer ID;
- account-related information made available by the FI Partner or connected providers;
- transaction, activity, and behavioral information;
- preferences, engagement data, and interactions with the Services;
- information submitted through forms, prompts, support interactions, or in-product experiences.
C. Information collected automatically
When you visit our website or use certain Services, we may automatically collect:
- IP address;
- device and browser type;
- operating system;
- pages viewed, clicks, referring URLs, and session activity;
- timestamps and similar usage information;

Where we process end-user data on behalf of an FI Partner, we do so in accordance with our agreements with that partner and their instructions, where applicable.

We do not sell personal information.

- Financial Institution Partners in connection with the Services they offer or support;
- service providers and vendors that help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, security, support, and development providers;
- professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors, insurers, and consultants;
- government authorities, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law or where necessary to protect rights, safety, and security;
- successors or counterparties in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction.
We may also use and disclose aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information for analytics, benchmarking, service improvement, and other lawful business purposes.

Our website and certain Services may use cookies and similar technologies to:

End-user data processed on behalf of an FI Partner: generally retained according to our contractual arrangements with the FI Partner and their instructions, subject to applicable law.
7. End-User Rights and Choices
If you are an end-user accessing the Services through a Financial Institution Partner, your FI Partner may be the primary point of contact for requests relating to access, correction, deletion, or other rights concerning your personal information.
If you have questions about your account-level data or would like to exercise rights related to information controlled by your FI Partner, please contact your FI Partner directly.
If you contact AlgoPear directly regarding end-user information that we process on behalf of an FI Partner, we may refer your request to the applicable FI Partner, where appropriate.
8. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include controls relating to access management, encryption, monitoring, and incident response.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
Personal information may be processed, stored, or accessed in jurisdictions other than your own. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place for cross-border data transfers in accordance with applicable law.

The Services are not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 through our website or Services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
